These terms apply to the independently operated Red Sox Digest website, membership services, and purchases made directly through this site. Red Sox Digest is independent fan coverage and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Major League Baseball or the Boston Red Sox.
Your account
Provide an email address you control and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Membership access depends on the article audience and your current membership status. Staff and complimentary access do not create a paid subscription.
Paid memberships and automatic renewal
Standard new membership plans are $5 per month or $50 per year in US dollars. The plan, applicable charges, and payment terms shown at checkout govern your purchase. Paid memberships renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Existing subscribers may have different prices, discounts, or renewal arrangements; migrating to this website does not reset those arrangements.
Manage payment details and cancel future renewal through My account and its membership billing option. If you cannot access billing, email theredsoxdigest@gmail.com for assistance. A subscription scheduled to cancel normally retains access through its paid period. Failed payments or an ended subscription can affect paid access.
Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund. For billing errors, duplicate charges, or refund requests, contact us with your account email and transaction details. We will review the request under the purchase terms and applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Newsletter unsubscribe and membership cancellation are separate actions.
One-time purchases and merchandise
Support payments are one-time payments and do not upgrade your membership. They are not represented as tax-deductible donations. A podcast guest appearance is a separate $100 one-time purchase; an available recording date must be coordinated with our team. Contact us about availability, scheduling changes, or a purchase that cannot be fulfilled.
Merchandise purchases at shop.redsoxdigest.com use the store’s checkout, shipping, return, and other applicable terms. A membership payment does not include merchandise unless an offer expressly says so.
Community participation and referrals
Keep comments relevant and respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, private information about others, or material you lack permission to share. We may moderate or remove submissions and restrict accounts for abuse. When you submit a comment, you permit us to display and moderate it as part of the publication; you retain ownership of your original contribution.
The Fenway Park Ladder counts qualifying confirmed referrals under the rules displayed in its Learn more panel. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and abusive activity do not qualify. Any rewards require the conditions of the specific published offer; a leaderboard position alone does not promise a cash prize.
Our content and third-party services
Articles, artwork, branding, audio, and video belong to Red Sox Digest, their contributors, or their respective rights holders. Membership provides personal access, not permission to republish or sell protected content. You may share article links and use content as permitted by applicable law.
Coverage includes opinion and commentary. Scores, standings, and other third-party information may be delayed or contain errors. Linked platforms and embedded media operate under their own terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or availability of externally hosted content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and the service, with notice where required. The effective date appears above. Material changes to paid purchase terms will be communicated as required; existing statutory rights remain intact.
